This month, we’d like to introduce you to Carolyn Sprehe! Carolyn is one of our instructors and is dedicated to encouraging water safety and lifelong wellness in the pool. We asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better:
Why did you start working for the Carmel Swim Academy?
“I started working for CSA because a family referred me to CSA and felt I would be a good addition to the team. Several families also let me know about the quality of the swim lessons anyhow their children were learning to swim or making progress with swim lessons.”
How would you describe the culture at CSA?
“I would describe the culture at CSA as caring, nurturing, empowering, collaborative, inclusive, and fun!”
What do you like about teaching at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I like teaching children of a variety of ages and abilities, progressing, and learning to swim.”
What made you want to work at CSA?
“The quality of swim lessons recommended by families, the progression to Carmel Swim Club, and the commitment to eliminate financial barriers for families that need swim lessons!”
