Water Exercise

“We will never know the worth of water until the well runs dry.” – Tomas Fuller, M.D., 1732

Don’t let your well run dry; give water workouts a try! Water workouts work. Water-based exercise is an effective, low-impact way to get a full-body workout that is easy on your joints while challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system and building endurance. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on your joints. Though low impact, water exercise can be high intensity depending on the workout you choose. CSA is proud to offer three different water exercise classes.
