This month, we’d like to introduce you to one of our Senior Staff: Nicole Carpenter! Nicole is currently in an online Early Childhood Education program through Indiana University. We asked Nicole a few questions so you could get to know her better:
Why did you start working at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I moved from Arizona and was a swim school manager back home!”
How would you describe CSA’s culture?
“I would describe the culture at CSA as always improving. We are always looking for ways to be better!”
Why do you think swim lessons are important?
“Being able to swim is a valuable life safety skill that everyone should learn in their lifetime. Having formal lessons is the best way to jumpstart that!”
What do you like most about working at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I love all of my students! All of the swimmers here are so happy and excited to swim!”
