This month, we’d like to introduce you to one of our Senior Staff: Hannah Douglas! Hannah is studying to respiratory therapy at Ivy Tech. We asked Hannah a few questions so you could get to know her better:
Why did you start working at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I decided to apply here because swimming has always been a big part of my life. I grew up spending my summers in my grandma’s pool which led to me swimming for my local club.”
How would you describe CSA’s culture?
“CSA is a great environment to be around. I feel like as a whole CSA is very welcoming, understanding, and supportive. I see all of these qualities in different scenarios everyday at work.”
Why do you think swim lessons are important?
“Swim lessons are important to me because not only do they help save lives, but they also can be a great place to make friends and memories.”
What do you like most about working at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I really enjoy working at CSA because I feel like I have great relationships with everyone I work with, no matter what level they are at in the company. Having such a great work environment not only makes coming to work fun but it also promotes progress and growth.”
