Water Exercise
Water-based exercise is an effective, low-impact way to get a full-body workout that is easy on your joints while challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system and building endurance. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on your joints. Though low impact, water exercise can be high intensity depending on the workout you choose. CSA is proud to offer five water exercise classes each week, including classes taught through our partnership with Carmel Clay Schools Fitness Center.
You can purchase a class pass at the button below, which can be utilized for *any* water exercise class offered at the Carmel Swim Academy. Notably, if you have a monthly member to Carmel Swim Academy Community Swim, that includes all water exercise classes at no additional charge.
