Carmel Swim Academy is our community’s welcoming facility that offers exceptional programs for every member of your family. Harnessing the expertise of the Carmel Swim Club, CSA boasts a proven pathway for learning to swim safely and effectively while providing opportunities to stay connected with the water at every stage of life. Scaffolded by six core values, everything we do at the Carmel Swim Academy is grounded in the idea that swimming is for everyone, and everyone belongs at CSA. 

Our swim lessons are unique: they feature the same common language that we utilize on Carmel Swim Club’s competitive team. When your child learns a skill that could save their life, they are also empowered to name that skill (“I can float!” “I can swim freestyle!” “I can swim to the wall and pull myself out of the water.”), which gives parents confidence in what your child can do, and a smooth path onto CSC when they’ve skilled out of swim lessons. 

Carmel Swim Academy swim lesson’s proprietary curriculum groups swimmers both by age and skill. There are introductory, intermediate, and advanced classes for every age. CSA is not a franchised business, we are your hometown swim school built by five decades of experience at all levels of swimming, and led our CEO, 2024 Olympic Assistant and World Championship Head Coach, Chris Plumb.
