This month, we’d like to introduce you to Emma Kistler! Emma is one of our Carmel Swim Academy instructors. We asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better.
Why did you start working for CSA?
I started working at CSA in 2023 after swimming on Carmel Swim Club growing up. I wanted to continue to contribute to the swim community here.
How would you describe the culture at CSA?
I would say the culture at CSA is very fun and adaptive as we all work together to focus on safety and swimming knowledge, while also having fun in the water.
Why do you think swim lessons are important?
I think swim lessons are important not only for safety but also because they help build confidence in and out of the water.
What do you like most about working at CSA?
I love seeing and interacting with the kids every week! It is very rewarding to see kids advance and become more comfortable in the water safely.
