This month, we’d like to introduce you to Kei Rosa! Kei works full time with CSA as a front desk representative, and we asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better.
Why did you start working with the Carmel Swim Academy?
“I originally worked full-time as an infant teacher, and a friend recommended this job to me. I love working with children and was looking for a change of pace, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity.”
How would you describe the culture at Carmel Swim Academy?
“I would describe the culture at CSA as supportive for both kids and staff. There is also a high value placed in teamwork and safety.”
Why do you think swim lessons are important?
“Swim lessons are important because on top of it teaching a life-saving skill, it is a great way to have fun and stay healthy.”
What do you like most about working at CSA?
“The best part of working at CSA is the people. I love my coworkers and all the people who come in. I especially like watching the kids grow from the baby program all the way to Carmel Swim Club.
