This month, we’d like to introduce you to Sara Gorgey! Sara is one of our Carmel Swim Academy lifeguards. We asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better.
Why did you start working for Carmel Swim Academy?
“I started working for CSA because I wanted to play an active role in keeping our community safe by lifeguarding. As a lifeguard, I was drawn to CSA’s strong commitment to water safety and its mission to build confidence in swimmers of all ages and abilities in an enjoyable and secure environment.”
How would you describe the culture at CSA?
“The culture at CSA is very supportive, focused, and enthusiastic. CSA places water safety first, and everyone works together to create a welcoming atmosphere.”
Why do you think swim lessons are important?
“I think swim lessons are crucial because swimming is a life-saving skill that everyone should possess.”
What do you like most about working at CSA?
“I like having a supportive work environment and being able to watch swimmers build real confidence and grow their swimming skills!”
